Refunds and Returns Policy

We hope you don't, but if you have any issues at all please take the time to read our refunds and returns policy below

The important bits

At Cozeetrendz, we want you to love your new items! However, if you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

 
1. Returns

You can return your items within 30 days of receiving them. To be eligible for a return:

  • Your items must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them.

  • They must be returned in the original packaging, with any tags and proof of purchase.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the funds will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Non-refundable items:

  • Gift cards

  • Shipping fees (unless the item is faulty)

 
3. Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If your item is defective or the wrong size, please contact us at coreyingerson@icloud.com within 14 days of receiving the product. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund depending on availability.

 
4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrectly shipped. For exchanges or faulty items, we will cover the return shipping.

  • Use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.

 
5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please follow these steps:

  1. Double-check your bank account.

  2. Contact your card issuer, as it may take time for the refund to reflect.

  3. If still unresolved, email us at coreyingerson@icloud.com
